Algonquin Mill Spinners and Weavers: The Algonquin Mill Spinners and Weavers meet in the historic one room school house at the Algonquin Mill, Petersburg, Ohio (just south of Carrollton) on the third Saturday of the month. We meet from 10 am to 3 pm or whenever you can join us. We spin, weave, knit, crochet, share patterns and materials and chat. Members are welcome to sell wool, yarn and any fiber related products they produce. Mini-workshops and demonstrations are scheduled frequently. A pot lunch is enjoyed at noon. The meetings are open to the public. The Algonquin Mill Festival is held the second weekend of October. Our members participate in demonstrating a variety of fiber arts in the Spinners Cabin and the Two-Story Log House. The Guild also participates in the Great Trail Festival and Yankee Peddler.
